*Lavender essential oil has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties; it is used to treat anxiety, depression, insomnia, and restlessness. Lavender is also known to relieve sore muscles and fight against skin disorders, such as acne, psoriasis, and wrinkles.
*Rosemary essential oil has antimicrobial and antiseptic qualities that help to eliminate eczema, acne, and oily skin. It has also been found to be a mild pain reliever when massaged into the skin. (Soap and body oil)
This soap works best with a body pouf or loofah, but can also be applied with a wash towel or hands. Use about 1 tablespoon of soap to clean entire body; use more soap as necessary.
